Exciting News: Mibella Hair Is Getting an Upgrade!

Over the past two years, we've been working hard behind the scenes to upgrade and improve Mibella Hair—and we can’t wait to show you what’s new! While our full rebrand is still in progress, we're giving you an exclusive sneak peek. Our updated website is now live, and we expect to complete the full transformation by mid-2025, with even more exciting updates on the way!

  • Classic Clip-ins Stay: We’re keeping our Classic Clip-ins in the lineup for extra choice. Seamless Clip-ins have been discontinued due to visibility under certain lighting

  • More Product Videos: Watch real-life footage of our hair in action
  • New Luxury Packaging: Featuring our logo and premium finish
  • Extended Return Period: You now have 30 days to try your order and return if needed
  • Faster Customer Support:
    • More team members for quicker replies via email, WhatsApp, and social media
    • Live chat available until 22:00
    • 24/7 smart chatbot for frequently asked questions

4. Smarter Pre-Order System

  • New Pre-Order Setup:
    • When an item is out of stock, the button automatically changes to “Pre-Order”
    • You’ll see the estimated delivery date directly in your cart and at checkout
    • If you order more than what's available, the item will automatically be turned into a pre-order with a clear delivery estimate

5. New Languages & International Expansion

  • Website now available in: Dutch and English
  • Coming later this year: Spanish, French & German

6. New Payment Method: Riverty

More flexibility, less stress — next to Klarna, we now also offer Riverty as a Buy Now, Pay Later option:
