We source our hair primarily from Vietnam, collected in its natural state to maintain its quality and integrity.
This hair is unprocessed, cut from one donor, and aligned to preserve the cuticles, making it durable.
We offer raw hair in the natural straight texture and steam-processed textures for predefined styles like body wave or burmese curly.
Yes, we work directly with trusted suppliers to ensure all hair is sourced responsibly and ethically.
Ordering & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website by adding your desired items to the cart and completing the checkout process.
Changes or cancellations are sometimes possible within 24 hours after placing your order. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, iDEAL, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and PayPal.
Yes, Klarna allows you to pay later or split payments. This option is available during checkout for eligible customers.
